Why did it take me almost 20 years of being a ceramicist to make an Axolotl?? I have been so lost ;/ But here she is, this adorable Axolotl is super happy with her little pink bat friend.
This one stands about 3.5" wide and about 5" tall (to the tip of the bat's ear) and holds about 6 fl oz. (,,•o•,,)
Glazed in my White Salt glaze that rests a sandy white, with a smooth gloss and small specks of iron throughout.
As with all my stoneware, she was hand-thrown on the wheel and then altered (like eyes and arms added...). She is also food safe, dishwasher, oven and microwave safe. She has  the Skeletal Dropkick logo, "Made in California" on the bottom. I forgot to name her /cry
